Frequently Asked Questions
What are Inspirada bathrooms like to work in?
Inspirada has been building since 2007, which makes it one of the newer master-planned communities in the valley and gives it a distinct profile. Openings are generally square, which is not something we can assume in older tract housing, and master bathrooms tend to be generous with raised ceilings. Most of our work here is a first fit rather than a replacement, so there is no old frame to remove and no hidden grout damage underneath it. Three-eighths glass suits the majority, with half-inch where the panel height genuinely asks for it.
Does the Inspirada HOA need to approve a shower enclosure?
No. Inspirada's association reviews exterior changes, as every master-planned community here does, but interior work including a shower enclosure sits outside architectural review. There is nothing to submit and no approval period to plan around, so you can book a measure whenever it suits you. If you live in one of the attached or townhome products within Inspirada, structural or plumbing alterations can require notice to the association, but a glass enclosure on its own is neither structural nor plumbing and does not trigger that.
Can you match the modern finishes used in Inspirada homes?
Yes. Matte black and brushed nickel are the two finishes we fit most often in Inspirada, which matches the contemporary fixture packages the builders used. The advice we would give regardless is to match the shower door hardware to the plumbing fixtures already in the room rather than to the cabinet pulls or the lighting, because the shower valve and the door hardware sit inches apart and a mismatch between those two is the one people notice. Bear in mind matte black shows mineral spotting readily, and Las Vegas water is very hard.
