We work with general contractors on tenant improvement and build-out packages, with property management companies on scheduled replacement and on emergencies across a portfolio, and directly with tenants who are fitting out a space they lease. What that usually means in practice is working to someone else's programme: taking site dimensions once the framing is up rather than from a drawing, fabricating to suit a fixed installation window, and coordinating with the other trades so the glass does not arrive before the opening is ready for it.
